• POS-to-SAP IntegrationSupported the integration process between Foodics POS, middleware, APIs, and SAP.
• Sales Order ProcessingWorked with the interface flow that transfers restaurant sales data to SAP and creates sales orders.
• Customer Master IntegrationSupported customer master data integration and outbound IDoc processing.
• Automated BillingWorked with scheduled billing processes for sales orders.
• Financial Accounting IntegrationVerified billing documents and their corresponding accounting documents.
• Pricing and Payment ProcessingSupported pricing validation and the accounting treatment of different payment methods.
• Interface Monitoring and Error AnalysisChecked SAP documents, reviewed interface errors, and coordinated with the middleware team when payload corrections were required.
